Job Title: Window and Door Installer

From measuring and fitting to finishing touches, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every project is completed with excellence.
What You’ll Do:

Install, replace, and repair windows and doors in residential and commercial properties.

Measure, cut, and fit materials with accuracy to guarantee perfect alignment.

Prepare openings and remove old windows with care.

Apply caulking, weatherproofing, and sealing for long-lasting results.

Use the right tools and techniques to secure installations safely.
-
Provide outstanding customer service, answering client questions and ensuring satisfaction.
-
Keep tools, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized.

Collaborate with your team to complete projects on time and up to standard.
What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Window/Door Installer or in a similar trade role.
-
Skilled with hand and power tools.
-
Strong understanding of construction basics, blueprints, and installation methods.

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather.
-
Sharp attention to detail—precision matters in every measurement.
-
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
-
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Bonus Points If You Have:

Certification in window installation or a related trade.
-
Experience with vinyl, aluminum, wood, and other window types.

Knowledge of energy-efficient window solutions.
