Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Status: Full-time, ExemptIn office position with office hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pmSalary Range: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00/year
 

What You’ll Do

Sales Support & CRM Management

  • Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data is clean, organized, and actionable.

  • Provide hands-on support to our Sales Team by managing research, follow-ups, and client relationship logistics.

  • Analyze sales performance and provide reporting insights that drive strategic decisions.

  • Support forecasting and planning by compiling, cleaning, and transforming raw sales data into meaningful insights.

  • Partner with the Client Experience Manager to elevate the customer journey.

Lead Generation & Relationship Building

  • Identify new lead sources and assist with prospect qualification within HubSpot.

  • Manage lead nurturing workflows and campaign follow-ups to keep opportunities moving forward.

  • Track key KPIs to ensure pipeline health and timely lead progression.

Marketing Execution & Brand Communication

  • Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content outreach.

  • Keep the company website updated with fresh, relevant content.

  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards.

  • Draft and distribute newsletters, promotional content, and branded communications to grow awareness and engagement.

  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and marketing materials.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 2+ years in a sales or marketing support role, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (certification preferred).

  • Advanced Excel skills to transform raw data into actionable insights.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Experience with digital tools like Canva, CMS platforms, email marketing software, and social scheduling tools.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive while managing multiple priorities.

  • A collaborative mindset with a deep focus on client satisfaction and brand integrity.
