We are seeking an experienced, spine-focused Neurosurgeon to join a collaborative and patient-centered team in Flint, Michigan. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and four other physicians in the department while being supported by highly skilled nursing and medical staff. Key Responsibilities:
\nPerform spine-focused neurosurgical procedures with a strong track record supported by surgical logs and professional reputation.
\nParticipate in approximately 10 on-call shifts per month.
\nCollaborate with four neurosurgeons and a dedicated team of RNs and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
\nWork in partnership with leadership to support departmental goals, clinical excellence, and research initiatives.
\nMaintain the highest standards of professionalism, teamwork, and integrity.
\nPractice & Compensation Model:
\nProduction-based model with RVU structure.
\nSupport for surgical volume, including cases in Flint and Warren.
\nMalpractice insurance provided by the company.
