National Sales Representative – Swartz Creek, MI (Local Residency Required)

Are you a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional with a passion for industrial and mechanical solutions? We’re looking for a National Sales Representative to lead growth efforts across the U.S. while maintaining a strong presence near our Swartz Creek, Michigan facility.

This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, solving technical challenges, and expanding market reach in the metal fabrication, manufacturing, construction, and structural steel industries.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share nationwide

• Build and maintain relationships with Michigan-based clients and distributors

• Partner with representative agencies to support sales channels across the U.S.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Use data-driven insights for forecasting, CRM management, and performance reporting

• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings

What You Bring

• Proven success in national or regional sales, ideally within industrial tools or manufacturing

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of technical applications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Willingness to travel extensively (50–60%) and maintain local engagement

• Must reside within commuting distance of Swartz Creek, MI

Preferred Experience

• Background in fabrication, structural steel, construction, or industrial distribution

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven sales reporting

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
