Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Engagement

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and community outreach programs.
• Host property tours, shadowing experiences, information sessions, and recruitment events to attract top talent.
• Leverage innovative technologies, such as virtual reality, to create cutting-edge recruitment experiences.

Relationship Building

• Cultivate partnerships with universities and colleges to position our client as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with senior executives, talent acquisition teams, and operating committees to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong connections with students, faculty, and career services teams to develop a robust talent pipeline.

Candidate Support & Process Management

• Guide candidates through the application process, offering personalized support and insights into requirements and timelines.
• Maintain ongoing connections with candidates through platforms like LinkedIn.
• Review applications, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Mentor interns and new hires to foster a positive transition into the organization.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze recruitment data to evaluate outreach efforts and recommend strategic improvements.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide insights on market trends.
• Stay informed on higher education and recruitment innovations to identify new talent sources.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing).
• 3+ years of experience in university/campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for connecting with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools; tech-savvy.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for recruitment events.
• Knowledge of Visa Processing is a plus
