This position is perfect for someone with at least 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting, who thrives on managing multiple priorities with precision, professionalism, and confidentiality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for hourly and salaried positions.
  • Oversee employee relations, compliance, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain employee records.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including events, rewards, and recognition.
