We are seeking a Senior Channel Manager – AHU & Fabrication to drive and deliver profitable business outcomes through air handling units (AHUs) and custom fabrication services. This role focuses on building and managing a high-performance national agent partner network and developing strategic direct customer relationships.
The ideal candidate is an experienced AHU sales professional with deep industry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to cultivate partnerships that deliver measurable results.
Agent Partner Network
Identify, develop, and manage contractual Agent Partner (AP) relationships with a focus on synergy and performance.
Provide APs with design checklists and resources to ensure successful collaboration with the company's custom AHU design/support team.
Monitor performance against plan, communicate progress, and address under performance when necessary.
Crete United Endorsed Partner Network
Serve as an advocate and solutions expert to sales staff and customers across the company network.
Coach partners on cross-sell opportunities and support communication to deliver complete, value-driven solutions.
Manage escalations to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Strategic Customer Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with a select group of strategic customers.
Lead regular reviews, roadmapping sessions, and communications to align with customer needs and business goals.
Act as primary point of contact for resolving questions and requests.
General Deliverables
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and key customer issues to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with estimating, service, and project management teams to streamline bid proposals and improve outcomes.
Drive alignment across internal teams and partners to deliver cohesive customer solutions.
Required:
7+ years of AHU sales experience in the heavy commercial/industrial construction (MEP) industry (custom AHUs preferred).
Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven networking and relationship-building ability.
Demonstrated success in meeting deadlines, problem-solving, and negotiating.
Experience working with leaders across all organizational levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
Demonstrated success in revenue growth and market share expansion.
Experience optimizing organizational strategies and structures.
Established networks in industrial, biomed, biopharma, data center, and institutional manufacturing sectors.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and execute business strategies.
