Responsibilities

  • Together with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle all types of inquiries regarding our products, orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
  • You and your colleagues will be responsible for the entry and follow-up of orders.
  • You will support our international sales team with quotations, project follow-ups, and commercial administration.
  • You will coordinate with colleagues from production, purchasing, logistics, and finance.
  • You know how to handle complaints effectively. You can resolve them like no other or turn them into opportunities.

Education and Qualifications

  • You possess a bachelor's degree, or have gained equivalent expertise through practical experience.
  • You are naturally enthusiastic, enjoy consulting with colleagues, and think commercially with a customer-friendly approach.
  • You can independently organize various tasks and assignments in a structured and efficient manner.
  • You are stress-resistant and a real team player who shows the necessary flexibility when needed.
  • You speak and write fluently in English. Any other language is an asset.
  • You are administratively strong and communicate easily with customers over the phone.
