Together with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle all types of inquiries regarding our products, orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
You and your colleagues will be responsible for the entry and follow-up of orders.
You will support our international sales team with quotations, project follow-ups, and commercial administration.
You will coordinate with colleagues from production, purchasing, logistics, and finance.
You know how to handle complaints effectively. You can resolve them like no other or turn them into opportunities.
Education and Qualifications
You possess a bachelor's degree, or have gained equivalent expertise through practical experience.
You are naturally enthusiastic, enjoy consulting with colleagues, and think commercially with a customer-friendly approach.
You can independently organize various tasks and assignments in a structured and efficient manner.
You are stress-resistant and a real team player who shows the necessary flexibility when needed.
You speak and write fluently in English. Any other language is an asset.
You are administratively strong and communicate easily with customers over the phone.
