Location: Greensboro, NC | Hybrid after 90 days
Compensation: $70–80K + 10–15% Bonus | Full Benefits
Bradley Professional is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead, coach, and develop a Customer Service and Account Management team for their client located in Greensboro, NC. This role requires a strong people leader with proven success managing customer service operations—specifically within a manufacturing environment—and the ability to build team capability, elevate performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Customer Service/Account Management team.
Lead performance management, training, and development to drive accountability and skill growth.
Manage strategic and high-value accounts; serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues.
Support business growth by identifying opportunities and guiding team members in consultative selling.
Oversee projects to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and profitability.
Recommend and implement process improvements; collaborate with leadership on client and operational strategies.
3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management.
3+ years of customer service management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Additional experience in account management or sales preferred.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
Monday–Friday within 7:00 AM–6:00 PM (8-hour shift). Hybrid option available after 90 days.
