Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment practice in Los Angeles.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Admission to the California Bar.
  • 2+ years of experience representing employers in employment law litigation.
  • Background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment law, and wrongful discharge actions is required.
  • Strong academic achievement, law firm experience, and exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to support and grow the firm’s national practice.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in employment law matters, with a focus on litigation.
  • Provide legal counsel on issues related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge claims.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team to achieve client-focused results and support the firm’s expanding practice.
