Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking for a dynamic opportunity? We are seeking a Bilingual Staff Accountant to play a key role in financial operations at our brand new manufacturing facility in Mexico . This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing financial data.
• Maintain and balance an automated consolidation system by accurately inputting data.
• Develop and analyze financial reports using spreadsheets and other reporting tools.
• Prepare general ledger entries, maintain financial records, and reconcile accounts.
• Process payments, including expense accruals and vendor management.
• Evaluate and improve accounting procedures by reviewing and optimizing current processes.
• Research and interpret financial data to answer accounting-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Stay current with industry best practices by participating in ongoing education and training.
• Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred (Associate’s degree required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing/cost accounting is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience with ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, SAGE, or Oracle is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
