\nKey Responsibilities:
\nAccounting Duties:
\nManage accounts receivable and accounts payable
\nOversee A/R collections
\nPerform inventory accounting
\nConduct bank reconciliations
\nPrepare accruals and adjusting journal entries
\nComplete month-end and year-end reconciliations and financial statements
\nPerform account analysis
\nEnsure accuracy in general accounting and financial reporting
\nOffice Management Duties:
\nHandle file management and general administrative tasks
\nAssist with receptionist duties as needed
\nSupport the executive team with Human Resources and payroll-related responsibilities
\nQualifications:
\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and office management
\nBackground in a manufacturing setting preferred
\nProficient in accounting systems and office software
\nStrong organizational and communication skills
\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
\nWork Environment:
