We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT, RPT) to join our team in a school-based setting in Pell City. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students to assess their physical capacities and limitations within the educational environment.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the needs of each student.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the students' daily routines.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide training and resources to school staff and families to support the students' physical development.
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric physical therapy and apply them to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT, RPT) in the state of Alabama.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
