Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue
targets and expand market presence.
• Client Relationship Management: Qualify and prospect clients that have a need for national services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Solution Selling: Present and sell customized solutions for move management, logistics, office furniture, office design, commercial construction, and facilities management.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and national partners to ensure
seamless service delivery.
• Networking: Attend industry events to generate leads and expand client
base.
• Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline, margin and forecast
performance.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3+ years outside professional sales – any experience within
the move management, logistics, storage, furniture, design, construction,
or facilities management will accelerate sales timeline.
• Skills: Strong sales, strategic thinker, negotiation, and communication skills; discipline and consistency prospecting outreach.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred not mandated)
• Other: Ability to travel and proficiency in CRM software. Must be a self-starter, goal oriented and comfortable networking and cold calling. This is a hunter position.
