What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep production humming by planning projects, managing programs, and ensuring maintenance standards are top-notch

• Lead and mentor a team of superintendents, guiding both day-to-day maintenance and long-term projects

• Manage budgets, CapEx programs, and MRO planning (yes, you’ll be keeping an eye on the dough 💰)

• Roll up your sleeves with SAP: reviewing reports, approving POs, digging into root cause analysis, and monitoring spare parts

• Collaborate with plant leaders, attend vendor meetings, and stay on top of equipment trends

• Inspect, assess, and adapt preventive maintenance programs so everything runs like clockwork

• Bring innovative, critical, and strategic thinking to every challenge

• Stay compliant with all safety, labor, and quality standards

• Take on other tasks as needed – flexibility is the yeast that makes this role rise!

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in leadership or supervisory roles, ideally in industrial operations

• Skills: Project management, quality assurance, employee development, and a knack for problem-solving

• Knowledge: Industrial machinery and preventive maintenance is a plus

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred), high school diploma or equivalent (required)
