Join a leading North American Distributor, renowned for producing top-quality kitchen and bathroom plumbing products used around the world, as a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Associate. This is a fully remote position that offers  chance to be part of a dynamic team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently processing and entering orders, ensuring all details are accurate and deadlines are met. You’ll also handle customer claims, work closely with various internal teams to resolve deductions, and provide critical information to ensure smooth inventory management.

 

Bilingual Customer Service Associate Details: 

  • Salary: Up to $60,000 based on qualifications
  • Fully Remote – Work from home
  • Benefits from Day 1!
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • RRSP Match up to 8%
  • 2 weeks of vacation with the option to buy a 3rd week
 
Bilingual Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter customer orders through various methods while ensuring all details like quantities, pricing, and part numbers are correct.
  • Resolve any discrepancies by communicating with internal teams and customers.
  • Track and process customer deductions and credits based on claims.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Distribution, and Marketing to verify and manage customer claims.
  • Process return requests, ensuring all proper documentation and authorizations are in place before issuing credit.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about order status, product information, returns, pricing, and account details, working with other teams when necessary.
  • Correct any errors that occur with inbound orders.
  • Assist the Planning department with processing orders for new products.
  • Update records for outstanding balances and credit information.
  • Take on other duties as assigned to support the team. 
 
Bilingual Customer Service Associate Qualification: 
  • College degree and/or 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or Customer Service
  • Fluent in French and English (verbal & written)
  • Experience with SAP order entry and proficient in Word, Excel, and Analysis for Office
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work both independently and in a team
