Position Overview 
We are seeking a motivated Attorney with 2–4 years of litigation experience to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: workers’ compensation, construction defects, professional malpractice, or personal injury. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse litigation caseload, work alongside experienced attorneys, and contribute to a high-performing practice. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trials 

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail 

• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies 

• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and colleagues 

• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations 

• Manage deadlines, organize case files, and ensure timely progression of matters 

Required Qualifications 

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school 

• 2–4 years of litigation experience 

• Experience in workers’ compensation, construction defects, professional malpractice, or personal injury preferred 

• Active license to practice law in New Mexico or ability to obtain NM licensure promptly 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills 

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple cases independently
