Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative position is a critical role at Horizon. In this position, you are our primary point of contact for our customers while visiting the retail store. You will be assisting them in selecting the products that best suit their needs and providing guidance when help is needed. The role is primarily a customer-facing position and requires the use of strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a Concierge, providing high-quality customer sales and support.
  • Helping clients with new purchases finding the perfect system for their needs.
  • Assist clients in reviewing products needing service offering complete solutions.
  • Basic troubleshooting of electronic devices.
  • Providing customers in need with help and training.
  • Assisting customer inquiries in person, on the phone, and through email.
  • Accurately entering data into Horizon’s customer and service management system.
  • Work rotating shifts including Saturdays and some holidays.
  • General administrative duties as required.
  • General cleaning and upkeep of the Horizon Retail store.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Experience in computer and/or electronics repair.
  • Able to work in an often fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and works well in a team.
  • Available to work rotating schedules based on retail store hours, including weekends.
  • In-depth knowledge of Apple and/or Windows products and services.
  • Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is ideal.
