Strategic Marketing Leader

Our client is seeking an accomplished Strategic Marketing Leader to lead marketing initiatives.

Job Overview:

•       The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction for branding, creative direction, messaging, content development/storytelling, and customer engagement.

•       This role is crucial for propelling sales, adding value to customers, and establishing market dominance against two major competitors.

•       The candidate will play a vital role in launching new products scheduled for the second half of 2024.

•       Ensure operational and executional excellence by developing and leading in-house marketing teams and 3rd party resources.

•       The Strategic Marketing Leader will spearhead marketing efforts, ensuring operational excellence and effective conversion of creative ideas.

•       Oversee B2B marketing initiatives for capital equipment with large ticket sales (ranging from $50k - $100k+ per solution) and longer sales cycles (90-120 days)

Requirements:

•       Proven experience in strategic marketing, branding, content development/storytelling, and digital marketing.

•       Demonstrated proficiency in B2B marketing for capital equipment or large ticket sales with longer sales cycles.

•       Experience in messaging through email, text, and direct mail.

•       Expertise in creative development and execution.

•       Familiarity with event marketing.

Qualifications:

•       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

•       Minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience.

•       Proven track record of successful strategic marketing leadership.

•       Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

•       Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
