- Innovative accounting leader with over 20 years' experience across industries.
- Active CPA license
- Trusted advisor to leadership and critical stakeholders, successfully evaluating scenarios, enhancing operations, and implementing process improvements that enable growth.
- Experience performing annual financial statement audits such as Workers’ comp, Receivables/credit audits; comfortable leading and supplying audit support.
- Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions: At CECO, executed purchase price accounting and opening balance sheets for one local acquisition plus three additional (global) acquisitions
- Experience with software implementations and rollouts and automating accounting processes
- Experience partnering with FP&A teams to build and present KPI and financial reports, including ARR/MRR, churn, and consolidations
- ESOP: Hands-on with ESOP audits from time at Trinet; understands payroll data pulls, equity support and cap-table documentation required for ESOP compliance.
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments
- Bachelor of Science – Accounting/Business Administration, California State University-East Bay
- Currently residing in Vallejo, CA
- Available to interview and start with short notice
