Warehouse & Install Team Lead

$27–$32/hr + benefits

Monday–Friday, 8am – 5pm or 5:30pm

Are you a motivated team lead ready to take on a management level role? Join a well-known and respected family-owned business that has been serving the Fort Wayne area since the 1980s. Conveniently located just north of downtown, this team is known for its strong reputation, commitment to quality, and continued growth.

This is a new position added due to company growth. The goal is to hire now so the right person can learn the business during the busy summer season and use the following winter to implement process improvements and drive efficiencies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading daily warehouse operations and supervising a seasonal install team
• Managing inventory to ensure accuracy and availability
• Coordinating logistics for product delivery and team scheduling
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and safety standards
• Supporting reporting and facility upkeep

What We’re Looking For:

• Supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
• Proficiency in inventory control and logistics; an logical, process improvement mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with physical work, including loading/unloading trucks and cleaning heavy items 
• Organized, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
