What You’ll Do:

• Analyze production cost data, market trends, and competitor pricing.
• Develop and refine pricing strategies to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
• Conduct data analysis and cost-benefit assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, production, operations) and external trade partners.
• Generate reports and provide strategic pricing recommendations to senior management.

What You Bring:

✔ Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in production pricing within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau) and pricing strategy development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

✔ Preferred:

• Experience with construction management software (BuilderTrend preferred).
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Salary Range: $65K - $80K plus bonusComprehensive Benefits Package
