Applications Engineer/NX Programmer

Your expertise will ensure all pre-production processes are fully optimized before releasing jobs to the shop floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate CNC programs to machine components according to CAD models, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with the team/cell to coordinate programming and setup schedules.
• Maximize new part development and continuously improve existing part processes.
• Troubleshoot machining operations, tools, materials, and CNC program issues.
• Make adjustments to machines to ensure consistent production quality.
• Utilize advanced skills in NX to deliver exceptional programming outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A proven track record of CNC programming for precision parts in NX for mills.
• Expertise: Strong ability to troubleshoot and enhance machining processes.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specialty metals like Inconel and Titanium, and experience in industries such as Aerospace, Defense, or Medical.
