Project Accountant - Construction

This onsite role demands expertise in full-cycle AP/AR, payroll, contracts, and meticulous financial management, as well as experience working with prevailing wage. Core Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle AP/AR: Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments.
• Financial Management: Handle month-end close, cash flow projections, and financial reporting.
• Contract & Vendor Oversight: Manage contracts, vendor compliance, and insurance.
• Union Project Accounting: Manage prevailing wage compliance and subcontractor documentation.

Essential Qualifications:

• 3+ years accounting experience in the construction industry.
• Deep understanding of prevailing wage and GAAP.
• Proficiency in construction accounting software: (Sage 300 CRE or Timberline)
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Onsite availability, 5 days/week.
