Will estimate all costs associated with residential construction projects, to control construction costs by collecting and analyzing quantities, and ensuring that the project is completed within budget.
 
MUST HAVES | Only Apply If You Meet The Below Must Haves:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in construction, estimating, data management, or CAD software helpful
  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences
  • Ability to solve problems, take initiative, and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and quantitative expertiseU.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
