Seeking an energetic and client-focused Call Center Bankers to join the Client Services team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while handling a high volume of inbound and outbound client interactions via phone, chat, or video. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, personal banking, and contact center operations, with a proven ability to build relationships, resolve client needs, and identify opportunities to cross-sell or refer products.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in financial services required.
  • Experience as a Personal Banker or similar client-facing banking role managing high client volume.
  • Prior inbound | outbound contact center experience (phone, chat, or video).
  • Proven sales, cross-selling, upselling, or referral experience in financial products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency with banking systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
