We’re looking for a dynamic Cisco Telecommunications Engineer to join our team on an ongoing contract basis. This hybrid role involves occasional travel to locations around the LA area. If you have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal end users, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support Cisco voice networks.
  • Administer and maintain Cisco Voice products.
  • Provide VOIP support and troubleshooting for internal teams.
  • Perform break/fix activities in the voice infrastructure.
  • Deploy and migrate new technologies and infrastructure solutions.
  • Utilize tools such as Genesys, Akkadian, and Jabber.
  • Manage and handle physical telecom equipment across multiple sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Proven expertise in Cisco Voice and Cisco Voice Products.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Cisco Voice administration and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with network management and monitoring tools.
  • Cisco certifications (CCNA or CCNP).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Routing and Switching technologies.
  • Familiarity with call center technologies.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to excel in mission-critical environments.
  • Experience working in a global delivery setting.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with corporate end users.

  • Willingness to travel onsite to hospitals and clinics as needed for project work.
