What You’ll Do

Organizational Strategy

  • Develop and execute organizational development strategies that align with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and design impactful initiatives.

Leadership Development

  • Design and deliver innovative programs for employees, people leaders, executives, and high-potential talent.
  • Create and deliver both internal content and work with external partners to maximize leadership impact.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to senior leaders and emerging talent.

Employee Engagement

  • Lead efforts to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture through targeted engagement strategies.
  • Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to collect actionable feedback.
  • Work with HR Business Partners and leaders to develop and implement improvement plans that align with organizational goals.

Performance Management

  • Oversee the development and adoption of performance management systems that foster growth and achievement.
  • Ensure performance management practices align seamlessly with organizational objectives.

Talent Management and Succession Planning

  • Design talent management strategies to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to create career development pathways for employees.
  • Support leaders in developing career paths that align with company goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or similar roles, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Proven ability to design and implement organizational development programs from the ground up.
  • Expertise in leadership development, performance management, and engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on using data to drive decision-making.
