Overview: We are seeking a Learning Content Developer to lead the creation of comprehensive training materials for a specific project focused on Workday. This role requires expertise in educational methods, content creation, video editing, and proficiency in software development tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the entire Workday training plan, including videos, eLearning content, and interactive elements for learners.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into articulate storylines and engaging learning experiences.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro) to produce high-quality instructional videos.
• Capture and edit content using tools such as Snagit and Premier Pro.
• Troubleshoot and debug HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS within published learning programs.
• Ensure compatibility and functionality across various Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with Workday LMS preferred but not mandatory.
• Create interactive elements using Articulate Storyline; ability to script interactions and track user data using xAPI.
• Participate in agile methodologies with daily stand-ups and bi-weekly feedback cycles.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an educator with a background in classroom teaching or instructional design.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS; ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing learning programs.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, for video editing and production.
• Familiarity with Articulate 360 suite, including Storyline, for interactive content creation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, with occasional travel to Irvine, CA for team meetings.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building content with Workday LMS or other major LMS platforms.
• Previous experience in software development or a tech-centric educational environment, developing digital content to help users interact efficiently with internal technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
