 Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager - Lending Services to lead the delivery of a high-impact, enterprise-level financial services initiative. This role is responsible for overseeing the launch and management of a new lending services offering, with a focus on business operations, vendor coordination, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate is polished, strategic, and execution-focused—comfortable working in high-visibility settings and capable of navigating ambiguity to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of a lending services initiative, including project planning, execution, and delivery.

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.

  • Collaborate with business and marketing teams on product positioning and launch strategy.

  • Manage a multi-million dollar program budget, including tracking and reporting on financial performance.

  • Drive documentation, risk mitigation, and governance processes in alignment with enterprise standards.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to lending and financial services.

  • Contribute to portfolio-level reporting and participate in leadership-level discussions as the program lead.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience, with a focus on financial services or lending products.

  • Strong understanding of non-retail banking, lines of credit, and investment-oriented financial operations.

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors.

  • Experience with API/system integrations and working with external solution providers.

  • Proven ability to lead within cross-functional, matrixed environments.

  • Professional presence and excellent communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior executives.

  • Experience managing budgets over $10 million and working within structured governance frameworks.

  • Prior exposure to launching new service lines or financial products is a strong plus.

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

  • FINRA Series licenses or wealth management knowledge is a plus, not required.

  • Must be available to work core hours aligned to Central or Eastern Time Zones.

  • Must pass background and financial screening (no foreclosures, bankruptcies, or delinquent credit histories).

  • No travel required.
