About the Role:
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance Salesforce across our operations. In this role, you will configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce to streamline business processes such as customer management, service requests, communication, and reporting. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce effectively supports day-to-day operations and provides a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) to meet business needs.
Build and maintain Flows, reports, dashboards, and page layouts to support various teams.
Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
Ensure data integrity by overseeing imports, updates, and clean-ups for records.
Support integrations with third-party applications and systems (with developer/vendor assistance as needed).
Provide user training, create documentation, and support adoption of Salesforce across teams.
Monitor system performance, stay current on Salesforce releases, and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.
Ensure compliance with data security and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required); Advanced Administrator or other certifications (preferred).
Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of business processes and cross-functional workflows.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with industry-specific platforms or integrations (e.g., ERP, CRM, or service management systems).
Background in user training and adoption strategies.
Knowledge of AppExchange products.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
