We are seeking three Business Analysts with a strong focus on documentation, traceability, and QA alignment to support ongoing enterprise-wide initiatives. This role requires a candidate who is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working with fragmented data and undefined processes. The ideal individual thrives in dynamic environments and has a keen ability to bridge business needs with technical execution. UKG is also good to have.
Primary Responsibilities:
Reverse-engineer existing regional documentation to reconstruct delivered functionality
Rebuild and validate traceability from business requirements through test cases and outcomes
Develop and implement a scalable traceability framework for future rollouts
Standardize documentation deliverables, formats, and expectations across teams
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish sustainable documentation and testing practices
Secondary Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with business users and subject matter experts to gather new requirements
Support tool/process enhancements including JIRA workflows, templates, and documentation systems
Assist in onboarding and aligning new analysts and regional team members
Provide input on improvements to test management and documentation systems
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
Strong experience with JIRA for managing requirements, workflows, and traceability
Demonstrated ability to create and manage traceability matrices
Expertise in Excel, including use of functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data tracking
Proven ability to reverse-engineer documentation from limited or fragmented data
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes
Background in large enterprises, preferably in regulated industries such as healthcare
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation
Ability to work semi-independently while collaborating effectively across functions
Experience in healthcare or hospital systems, particularly with EPIC
Proficiency in Lucidchart, Visio, Confluence, or similar documentation tools
Familiarity with Zephyr, Xray, or other JIRA-integrated QA/test case tools
Exposure to process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN diagrams)
Experience managing or cleaning up vendor/consultant deliverables
Flexible and adaptable; thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Hybrid BA/QA mindset, with a strong understanding of both business needs and testing frameworks
Process-oriented and skilled in creating clarity from chaos
Proactive communicator with a disciplined and structured documentation style
Enterprise-savvy, capable of navigating politics, siloed teams, and complex systems
Requires constant direction or lacks initiative
Inability to describe specific traceability or documentation challenges they’ve solved
Produces inconsistent or vague documentation
Background limited to startups or small organizations lacking structure
Overly rigid and uncomfortable operating without defined templates or tools
