We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Salesforce Product Owner to guide the vision, strategy, and execution of initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining product priorities, managing the backlog, and ensuring successful delivery of features that enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce platform expertise, business acumen, and collaboration skills, with specific hands-on experience in Service Cloud Contact Center and Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap for Salesforce platforms and integrations.

  • Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.

  • Partner with technical teams, architects, and developers to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.

  • Prioritize enhancements and features that maximize value across customer engagement and data management functions.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Create and maintain clear documentation for product features, workflows, and requirements.

  • Measure success using defined KPIs and drive continuous improvement through feedback and analytics.

  • Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, releases, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.

  • Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Contact Center and Data Cloud.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, and data management.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and product lifecycle management.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Data Cloud Consultant.

  • Familiarity with customer engagement and analytics tools integrated with Salesforce.

  • Experience developing or supporting automation, AI, or data-driven initiatives within Salesforce.
