Summary/Objective
The HR Business Partner provides strategic and operational human-resources support across multiple sites. This role is responsible for administering and improving programs and policies in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, training, compliance, performance management, and engagement. Acting as a trusted advisor, the HR Business Partner works with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, ensure compliance with employment law, and maintain a positive, productive workplace culture.

  • Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and retention.

  • Lead and continuously improve HR processes for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.

  • Ensure consistent application of policies and compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Support and coordinate training and development initiatives, including leadership, compliance, and technical programs.

  • Collect and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, assess risk, and recommend improvements.

  • Oversee employee-engagement activities such as surveys, recognition programs, and community-building events.

  • Partner with external staffing agencies as needed to meet workforce requirements and audit vendor compliance.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records (I-9, EEO, OSHA, and other required documentation).

  • Manage compensation, benefits, and leave administration in coordination with internal teams and vendors.

  • Participate in HR audits and process-improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency.

  • May supervise HR team members, including assigning work, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with generalist or business-partner responsibilities

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Professional certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) desirable

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paylocity) preferred

  • Bilingual ability a plus

Work Environment

  • Full-time position supporting multiple locations

  • Occasional travel may be required (approximately 10 percent)
