Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Owner to support the development and continuous improvement of solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically the Portal and Journeys modules. This role involves defining product goals, managing the backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused experiences.
Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap for ServiceNow Portal and Journeys.
Gather input from stakeholders and users to inform priorities and enhancements.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business needs.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Partner with designers, developers, and QA to deliver intuitive and effective solutions.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Track progress and measure success using relevant KPIs and product metrics.
Use feedback and analytics to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates and best practices.
5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
Must have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Portal and Journeys modules.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Understanding of Agile principles and product lifecycle management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and mobile-friendly design.
Experience using product management tools for backlog tracking and reporting.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
