We’re looking for hands-on Product Designers who thrive on building, not just imagining. This is a high-output, execution-focused role — perfect for designers who love solving real problems through elegant, fast, and functional design work. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to bring digital products to life across manufacturing and business systems, from workflow tools to internal apps.
\nWhat You’ll Do
\nExecute end-to-end product design in Figma, including design systems, interaction flows, and visual interfaces.
\nCreate clear, well-structured case studies that tell a complete design story: the problem, users, approach, and outcomes.
\nCollaborate directly with product and engineering teams to design and iterate quickly in a hyper-collaborative, on-site environment.
\nContribute to and extend shared design systems that scale across products.
\nTranslate complex business or manufacturing workflows into clean, usable experiences.
\nDesign across a variety of tools and contexts — from kanban boards and workflow engines to internal branding and presentation decks.
\nParticipate in whiteboarding sessions and rapidly move from sketches to polished, production-ready designs.
\nWhat We’re Looking For
\n5–6 years of experience as a Product Designer, Visual Designer, or Interaction Designer.
\nA strong portfolio with end-to-end case studies showing problem definition, user insight, and measurable results.
\nProven ability to execute visually stunning and highly usable interfaces.
\nFigma expertise — including component libraries, auto-layout, and collaborative workflows.
\nBackground in consumer-grade applications or enterprise tools with strong user experience principles.
\nStrong communication and writing skills; able to clearly explain design rationale without filler or AI fluff.
\nA self-starter who asks smart questions, iterates fast, and can design across ambiguous problem spaces.
\nIdeal Background
\nExperience designing manufacturing software or workflow-driven systems is a plus.
\nPast work at companies known for strong product and design culture (e.g., consumer app or SaaS environments).
\nGeneralist mindset with strong visual design chops and attention to detail.
