The Change Enablement Consultant is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that support the successful implementation of organizational projects and initiatives. This role partners with key stakeholders to assess the current state, understand the impact of change, and ensure employees are fully equipped and ready for transition.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nCollaborate with stakeholders and project sponsors to align and implement change management methodologies and best practices.
\nMeet with end users to assess readiness, gather feedback, and identify challenges or resistance to change.
\nDevelop and deliver change management materials, communications, and training to support adoption.
\nPartner with leadership to educate and train teams on change management principles and tools.
\nCreate and execute change and communication plans that align with project goals and timelines.
\nSupport managers and team leads in equipping their teams for successful adoption of new processes, systems, or tools.
\nMonitor progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of change initiatives.
\nQualifications:
\nBachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
\nChange Management Certification (preferred).
\nProven experience in organizational change management, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement.
\nStrong interpersonal, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
\nAbility to translate complex project changes into clear, actionable communication and training materials.
