A leading logistics and warehousing provider is seeking a Vice President of Account Management to oversee client relationships, drive account growth, and lead a high-performing team. This senior role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in logistics, 3PL, or warehousing who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer success.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor the Account Management team
Own relationships with key enterprise clients and ensure top-tier service
Drive retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
Collaborate with operations and leadership to deliver on SLAs and KPIs
Develop account strategies, forecasts, and reporting metrics
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in account management/client success, with logistics or 3PL expertise
Proven success in growing and retaining major accounts
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
