A leading logistics and warehousing provider is seeking a Vice President of Account Management to oversee client relationships, drive account growth, and lead a high-performing team. This senior role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in logistics, 3PL, or warehousing who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor the Account Management team

  • Own relationships with key enterprise clients and ensure top-tier service

  • Drive retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling

  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to deliver on SLAs and KPIs

  • Develop account strategies, forecasts, and reporting metrics

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years in account management/client success, with logistics or 3PL expertise

  • Proven success in growing and retaining major accounts

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
