Clerk - Full-Time Position

Location: New York

Salary: $50,000

What You'll Do:

As a Clerk in our New York office, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our firm. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
    • Photocopy, scan, and maintain files and records in an organized manner.
    • Organize and maintain file rooms.
  • Office Support:

    • Occasionally run office errands as needed.
    • Assist the Office Services Manager with administrative tasks such as planning company events and setting up for firm meetings and outings.
    • Perform light lifting as required.
  • Task Management:

    • Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
