Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Manage high-volume phone contact, routing calls and taking messages.
Reserve, organize, and prepare conference rooms for meetings and events.
Ensure conference rooms, reception, and kitchen pantries are maintained to firm standards.
Provide general administrative support including light typing, photocopying, filing, and special projects as needed.
Assist with coordinating hospitality services for meetings, including beverage and supply stocking.
Prior experience in a client-facing or hospitality-focused role, preferably in a law firm or corporate office.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Professional demeanor with a polished, client-service-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
