Client Services / Hospitality Representative

📍 Location: New York Office – Midtown Manhattan (1325 Avenue of the Americas, between 53rd & 54th Street)🕙 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.💼 Classification: Non-Exempt💲 Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience)📦 Benefits: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

  • Manage high-volume phone contact, routing calls and taking messages.

  • Reserve, organize, and prepare conference rooms for meetings and events.

  • Ensure conference rooms, reception, and kitchen pantries are maintained to firm standards.

  • Provide general administrative support including light typing, photocopying, filing, and special projects as needed.

  • Assist with coordinating hospitality services for meetings, including beverage and supply stocking.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Prior experience in a client-facing or hospitality-focused role, preferably in a law firm or corporate office.

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Professional demeanor with a polished, client-service-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Dependability and a team-first approach to workplace support.
