We are conducting a search for a Legal Administrative Assistant (Floater) for a top-rated law firm to be based in the Boston office.

 

This position is hybrid.

 

What You'll Do:

  • This position will generate, prepare and organize documents and forms requisite to the practice area; assist with filings and trial preparation.  
  • This position will cover for other Legal Administrative Assistants that are out of the office, and may be asked to proofread and create documents, manage timekeeper’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings; and enter, edit and post time daily for partners utilizing Aderant Expert.
 
What You'll Bring:
  • Qualified individuals will have 2+ years of legal experience.
  • Candidates must have excellent organizational, word processing, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter with flexibility and great communication skills will thrive in this dynamic team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with document management software, time-entry and Microsoft Office including Styles is required.
