We are looking for a full-time Legal Secretary in the Trust & Estates Department on NYC office. Trust and estates experience NOT required!

What You'll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.
  • Handle document preparation, proofreading, and revisions with precision.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and client interactions.
  • Maintain organization and ensure seamless office operations.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of legal secretarial experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Adobe; basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and document management software.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
