What You'll Do:

  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including screening calls and taking messages for attorneys.
  • Edit, revise, and convert legal documents, ensuring adherence to firm styles and guidelines.
  • File documents through the E-filing system for Federal and State Courts.
  • Assist with creating and editing Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents.
  • Manage attorney time entries, expense reports, and case file documentation.
  • Prepare and sort outgoing and incoming mail.
  • Provide day-to-day secretarial support and cover for absent secretaries when needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in litigation.
  • Strong secretarial and organizational skills with extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, iManage Document Management System, Kofax, Best Authority, Aderant, Litera Compare, Big Hand Dictation System, and Compulaw.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work early or stay late as necessary.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance.
  • Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
  • Minimum of a High School diploma required.
