What You'll Be Doing:

• Estimating a variety of commercial HVAC construction projects
• Supporting the sales team with quoting and lead follow-up
• Gathering vendor pricing and creating detailed, professional bid packages
• Negotiating contracts for mechanical installation with GCs and developers
• Leading project handoff meetings with the construction team

About You:

• Knowledge of Southwest Michigan construction market and vendor landscape
• Knowledge of and ability to build strong relationships with regional vendors and contractors
• Experience negotiating and working directly with engineers and construction managers
• Proficient in mechanical estimation software
