In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute strategies that improve manufacturing performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the planning, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Mentor, coach, and grow a team of talented engineers.
• Optimize manufacturing systems, technologies, and performance metrics.
• Drive the capital planning process and manage the execution of capital projects.
• Manage multiple project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Prior experience leading teams or projects is a plus
