Our client is a mission-driven organization working at the intersection of equity, community, and systems change is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Executive Director. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in advancing meaningful work by keeping leadership focused, informed, and operating at peak capacity.

 

 

As the Executive Assistant you will...

  • Serve as the primary support to the Executive Director—managing scheduling, communications, and strategic follow-ups

  • Coordinate projects, track priorities, and help move big ideas into action

  • Support internal and external communications, including meeting prep and stakeholder engagement

  • Manage board meeting logistics, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items

  • Assist with drafting correspondence, organizing presentations, and executing special projects

 
 
As the Executive Assistant you will be...
  • A proven administrative expert with 10+ years of experience (or equivalent), ideally supporting senior leadership in fast-paced environments
  • Highly organized and efficient, with top-tier time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • A strong communicator, confident in both written and verbal interactions 
  • Trusted with confidentiality, known for your discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment under pressure
  • Experience in nonprofit or philanthropic sectors a plus
  • A background in project management or communications a plus
  • Familiarity with board governance and stakeholder relations a plus
