They’re hiring a proactive, detail-driven HR Generalist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership across a variety of key HR functions. From recruiting and benefits to compliance and employee development, you'll be a crucial part of a high-impact team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness perks

  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting, from crafting job postings to ensuring smooth onboarding

  • Manage disability, workers’ comp, FMLA, and other leave administration processes

  • Keep HRIS data and timekeeping records accurate and up to date

  • Support and coordinate performance review cycles and employee coaching initiatives

  • Contribute to the development and rollout of employee engagement and development strategies

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws

  • Help shape and maintain policies that support a thriving workplace culture

 

What you bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on benefits administration

  • Solid understanding of HR regulations, compliance, and best practices
