They’re hiring a proactive, detail-driven HR Generalist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership across a variety of key HR functions. From recruiting and benefits to compliance and employee development, you'll be a crucial part of a high-impact team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Own and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness perks
Assist with full-cycle recruiting, from crafting job postings to ensuring smooth onboarding
Manage disability, workers’ comp, FMLA, and other leave administration processes
Keep HRIS data and timekeeping records accurate and up to date
Support and coordinate performance review cycles and employee coaching initiatives
Contribute to the development and rollout of employee engagement and development strategies
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
Help shape and maintain policies that support a thriving workplace culture
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on benefits administration
Solid understanding of HR regulations, compliance, and best practices
