We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 professional to manage and improve our client's CRM systems, with a particular focus on Dynamics interacting with customers in real time. This position is critical in enhancing automation, business processes, and client interaction. In addition to working with Dynamics 365, the role will involve collaborating with other systems within the broader ERP infrastructure.

Location - Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Lead System Development & Support: Oversee the setup, configuration, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM and live marketing.

·         Collaborate with Stakeholders: Develop mutually beneficial CRM solutions.

  •        Customization & Optimization: Build custom workflows, dashboards, and forms.

·         System Integration Management: Between Dynamics 365, middleware. and APIs.

·         Advanced Support & Troubleshooting: Tier 2/3.

·         Business Requirement Translation: Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical CRM solutions.

·         Data Management: Oversee data migration, synchronization, and ensure data quality across CRM and other platforms.

·         Documentation & Training: Contribute to CRM training initiatives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

·         Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM: Development, configuration, and management.

·         Real-time Marketing  

·         Technical Proficiency: VB.NET, C# and integrating systems through APIs (REST, SOAP).

·         System Integration: Leveraging middleware and API .

·         Troubleshooting: Critical applications.

·         Business Process Understanding: Transforming business objectives into technical solutions that optimize CRM workflows and client engagement.

·         Data Quality Management: Across various platforms.

·         Soft Skills: Collaboration, English communication, detail oriented, organization, team player yet independent worker. Multitasker.
