REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of field experience in the calibration and instrument repair industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
Language Skills: Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
