Branch Operations Manager, Montreal, QCClient is an international leading provider of calibration and instrument repair services, known for its commitment to precision, reliability, and customer satisfaction. They serve a diverse range of industries, ensuring that their clients' equipment operates at optimal performance. Currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Montreal Branch Operations Manager.
 
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Overseeing the daily operations of client Montreal branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Bilingual professional with a strong background in field operations and supervisory experience.
  • Deep understanding of the calibration and instrument repair industry.
  • Play a crucial role in driving the success of the branch.
  • Branch Management: Oversee all branch operations, including service delivery, customer relations, and administrative functions.
  • Operations: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Team Leadership - Manage, mentor, and support a team of technicians and administrative staff.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, resolve issues, improve service, scheduling.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Operational Excellence: Inventory management, equipment maintenance, compliance, quality.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies and business plans; follow market trends and competitive landscape. 
REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of field experience in the calibration and instrument repair industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
Language Skills: Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
