A UHNW CEO/Entrepreneur is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to support him. He is the Founder of a Global firm that has grown exponentially with large clients across the globe. Looking to relocating a high-level assistant to the Syracuse area (there is a relo package). The salary is on par with comp in major cities and includes a bonus. The offices are beautiful, upscale and aesthetically pleasing and located near Syracuse University. Work remotely when the CEO travels-approximately 30% monthly.

 

About the Job:

¨     Screen incoming phone calls delivering detailed, timely messages to the appropriate parties

¨     Vet emails and respond on the CEO’s behalf

¨     Assist in maintaining an ever-changing calendar

¨     Coordinate complex travel arrangements including chartering private jets and helicopters

¨     Assist with the CEO’s philanthropic and charitable endeavors

¨     Research

¨     Prepare materials for meetings

¨     Plan and coordinate events

¨     Assist with project work as needed

¨     Make personal appointments

¨     Purchase gifts and send holiday cards

¨     Keep track of car servicing schedule

¨     Coordinate comp tickets at events for clients

¨     Run errands

¨     Order and organize office luncheons

¨     Other duties as requested

¨     Some off-hour availability via text required

 

About You:

¨     Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related support position

¨     BA/BS from a college or university

¨     Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel)

¨     Resourceful and able to connect dots

¨     Proactive and moves things along

¨     Understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality

¨     Excellent phone manners

¨     Dynamic and proactive

¨     Polished, professional demeanor

¨     Proactive go-getter; no task is too big or too small

¨     Outstanding communication skills
